This wine is made from grapes selected from a family owned vineyard in the Northern Regions of Victoria. The wine has sweet berry fruit aromas with hints of violets and vanilla on the nose. On the palate you will detect spices like pepper, red berries and a hint of cassis. It is a classic medium bodied shiraz which is perfectly balanced with American Oak maturation. This delivers a beautiful savoury finish. A wine to be drunk now, but will improve with further ageing for 5 years.
