• Soft, juicy, well balanced Pinot Noir
These Pinot Noir grapes were grown on a gentle south-east facing slope near Coldstream. Fermentation in 5 tonne open fermenters, with completion in 500 litre French oak puncheons, followed by maturation for a further 10 months. Well balanced and full of flavour, this wine exhibits cherry, plum and savoury/herbal flavours and balanced, textured tannins. It is a well-structured Pinot Noir that displays clear regional and varietal characteristics.
