Product Description
Grown in the rich, red soils of Heathcote in Victoria where we enjoy warm, dry days and cool evenings. As a consequence produces fruit of great flavour, concentration and balance. This wine displays classic dark berries, lifted spice and balanced white pepper. A full flavoured, fleshy and soft finishing wine with length and balance, assisted by maturation for 18 months in French oak barriques. The oak influence adds structure, while firm tannins give the wine great length.
