Delightful aromas of stone fruit, nectarine and a hint of sweet spice, with vibrant flavours of honey and sweet herbal notes. The Pinot Gris grapes are allowed to ripen perfectly by the
Mediterranean conditions experienced in Bendigo, Victoria.
Warm days and cool nights during veraison allowed the grapes
to be harvested with impeccable balance and flavour. The juice
was pressed off skins, then cold fermented to retain the pure
varietal characters and to ensure freshness before bottling.
