My father, who came from Austria, believed food and wine were the backbone of a strong family life and through his encouragement I decided to make a career of our shared love of wine.

Working with some of Australia’s biggest and most respected companies I applied all that I knew about producing and marketing wine – eventually realising I needed to do things my way.

So in 2001 Terra Felix was born. 

Terra Felix is Latin for ‘Lucky Country’, which is how my father described Australia.

Wine is my enduring passion and I want wine lovers to appreciate and enjoy the very best the Lucky Country has to offer. So it should be no surprise that the main aim of Terra Felix is to create exceptional, affordable wines from Australia’s premium areas by selecting the best fruit from outstanding vintages.

To secure our future we are investing in smaller, top quality vineyards like Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.More expansion is planned, even outside of Australia.
