Terra Felix 2005 Marsanne Roussanne

The wine consists of Central Victorian (red duplex soils) Marsanne and Roussanne. High solid ferments and yeast lees contract to highlight textural qualities. The wine undergoes 20% malolactic fermentation and is matured on low level (10%) new oak.

The wine has a yellow straw colour. Enhanced by wild yeast and lees contact, Marsanne has the nuts and honey. Roussanne the citrus hints and blossom perfume. A small portion of reserve wine has been added to give the wine a rich, complex palate and finish. (See reviews)
